Format

Each session is an exploratory dialogue where the coach acts as a mirror – asking reflective questions, helping you uncover essential patterns, and returning de-contextualised feedback so you can see the deeper logic behind your strengths and uniqueness.
Typical duration — 2 sessions
- Session 1 — Exploration: identifying your professional identity, stories of mastery, and underlying strengths.
- Session 2 — Integration: formulating your brand essence—what you offer, what you don’t, and how your presence becomes recognisable to others.
